Homecoming → Homeownership
Take the tour, visit Kent, own an eco-home, and let it while you are away.

Turn a visit home into a stake at home
Diaspora travellers who feel the pull to invest are often between a good trip and a sound purchase: they have seen places but not homes, and need someone to care for the house when they leave. Families planning for the next generation want a home the whole family can return to. Homecoming → Homeownership joins the journey, the home and the management in one plan.

Questions about Homecoming → Homeownership
What is Homecoming → Homeownership?
It is a TpGroup solution that takes you from the Homecoming Tour to owning an eco-home at Kent, with the home let and managed for you while you are away.
Who is it for?
Diaspora travellers ready to invest, and families planning a home for the next generation to return to.
Can I buy a home in Sierra Leone from the diaspora?
Yes. The Diaspora Investor Package lets you buy an eco-home in a managed estate and have it let for you. This solution is the route that starts with a visit.
Will I earn from the home?
The plan is that the home can be let through Eco-Living Oasis while you are away. Income depends on bookings, and TpGroup has not published an income figure.
When is the next Homecoming Tour?
The 2026 tour runs from 9 to 20 November and includes the official opening of the Eco-Living Oasis at Kent on 14 November.
