Systems integration
We connect the systems you already have, so data moves once and is entered once.
Stop typing the same data twice
Institutions that run several systems often re-enter the same data in each, and IT managers are left maintaining fragile workarounds. Finance, records and online systems should agree with one another. Public buyers now ask that new systems work with the national systems of record, not duplicate or bypass them.
Who it is for
Map the data, build and test the connections, then hand over
TpISENT (SL) Limited maps what you have and where data gets stuck, builds and tests the connections, then documents and hands over. The goal is a documented integration that your own team can maintain, with support and maintenance from us if you want it. We have done this kind of work: for Njala University and the University of Sierra Leone we built custom integration to the Integrated University Management System and to institutional LDAP.

Questions about Systems integration
What is systems integration?
Systems integration connects separate systems so that data moves between them automatically and is entered once. We connect the systems you already have, rather than replacing them.
Who does systems integration in Sierra Leone?
TpISENT (SL) Limited, TpGroup's computing and information systems company in Freetown. We work with institutions running several systems and with IT managers who want fewer fragile workarounds.
Do we have to replace our existing systems?
No. The service is about connecting what you already run. We start by mapping your systems and where data gets stuck.
What do we receive at the end?
A map of your systems and data, integrations that have been built and tested, and documentation and handover so your team can maintain them. Support and maintenance are available afterwards.
Have you integrated systems for a university?
Yes. For Njala University and the University of Sierra Leone we delivered an administration portal for admissions, class registration, transcript requests and grades, with custom integration to the Integrated University Management System and to institutional LDAP.
Can you connect systems to TpEMIS?
TpEMIS is our own university management software, and the Institution Digital Backbone combines it with infrastructure and integrations as one programme. To connect TpEMIS to your finance or other systems, contact us with a description of what you run.
