Diaspora Investor Package
Buy an eco-home in a managed estate and have it let for you.

Own a home in Sierra Leone and have it looked after while you are away
Many in the diaspora want a stake at home, but not the worry of an empty house. Families who pool funds want a shared asset with clear paperwork. The Diaspora Investor Package pairs an eco-home in a managed estate with letting and maintenance by Eco-Living Oasis.
Who it is for
Home, management and letting in one package
You choose a home and a plan, complete the purchase, and Eco-Living Oasis manages and lets the home for you. The package joins two things TpGroup already does: TpESTATE builds the home, and Eco-Living Oasis runs the estate and the guest stays at Kent. It is the last step of Homecoming → Homeownership, which begins with a visit.

Questions about Diaspora Investor Package
What is the Diaspora Investor Package?
It is a TpESTATE solution for buying an eco-home in a managed estate and having it let for you. It joins the eco-home with Eco-Living Oasis letting and maintenance.
Can I buy a home in Sierra Leone from the diaspora?
Yes. The package is built for buyers abroad: you choose a home and plan, complete the purchase, and Eco-Living Oasis manages and lets it while you are away.
Who manages the home once I own it?
Eco-Living Oasis, the company that runs estate management, rentals and stays at Kent.
Will I earn rental income?
The package is designed so your home can be let through Eco-Living Oasis. Income depends on bookings, and TpGroup has not published an income figure, so ask for the investor pack.
Can a family or group buy together?
The package is written with families who pool funds in mind, so they can hold a shared asset with clear paperwork and transparent statements.
What should I do first?
Visit. Many buyers start with the Homecoming Tour or a stay at Kent, then choose a home. You can also request the investor pack through the contact form.
Which estates can I buy in?
Kent is the estate already welcoming guests, and it opens officially on 14 November 2026. TpESTATE's other estates, Mile-36, Gullah Paradise at Lungi and Dublin on Banana Island, are in development.
