ICT infrastructure
Networks, servers, Wi-Fi and backup power designed and installed for buildings and campuses.
A network that stays up when people depend on it
Universities and hospitals need a network that stays up when people depend on it. Government ministries need infrastructure that is secure and can be maintained. Businesses want offices that just work. Where grid power is unreliable, the network is only as dependable as its backup power.
Who it is for
Survey the site, design and quote, then install, test and support
TpISENT (SL) Limited surveys your site and needs, designs and quotes, then installs, tests and supports. We have worked on infrastructure in Sierra Leone for years: we designed solar-capable computer laboratories for Holy Family Schools and Methodist Boys High School, with a thin-client design that cut operating cost by about 40% against standard desktop provision, and we launched a solar-powered server in 2013.
- A site survey before anything is designed or quoted
- Backup power planned in, with solar and batteries where the grid is unreliable
- Servers and networks documented and handed over
- Infrastructure audit and security work alongside installation
- Ongoing support and maintenance after handover
What you get
- Site survey and network design
- Installation of networks, Wi-Fi and servers
- Maintenance and support
How it works
- 01We survey your site and needs

Questions about ICT infrastructure
Which company provides ICT services and infrastructure in Freetown?
TpISENT (SL) Limited, TpGroup's computing and information systems company, based in Freetown. We design and install networks, Wi-Fi and servers for universities, hospitals, ministries and businesses, and then support them.
What does a site survey involve?
A site survey is where we visit your building or campus to understand your needs, the layout and the power situation. We then design and quote from what we find. Request one through the contact form.
Can you install Wi-Fi across a campus?
Yes. We design campus networks and Wi-Fi for heavy daily use, install and test them, and plan backup power.
What about electricity cuts?
We plan for solar and battery backup where grid power is unreliable. Our own work includes solar-capable school computer laboratories that kept frequently used material available offline.
Can you audit our existing network and servers?
Yes. TpISENT does infrastructure and security audits as well as new installations. We report what we find and what to fix first.
Do you support the network after installation?
Yes. Support and maintenance are part of the service, and servers and networks are documented and handed over.
Do you serve clients outside Sierra Leone?
We serve organisations in Sierra Leone, Liberia, The Gambia, Ghana and Nigeria. Our delivery base is Freetown.
Is this part of the Institution Digital Backbone?
It can be. The Institution Digital Backbone combines TpEMIS, ICT infrastructure and systems integration into one programme for an institution. You can also buy infrastructure on its own.
