AI Practice: AI, GenAI, Agentic AI, AGI and Responsible AI

A specialised practice helping organisations understand, adopt and govern artificial intelligence — from practical AI and generative AI to agentic systems, AGI readiness and responsible use.

Service — Delivered by TpISENT · Specialised practice
Why

Understand AI, put it to work on real tasks, and govern it

Leaders and boards want to know what AI means for their organisation, without the hype. Operations and service teams want to put it to work on real tasks, and governments and regulators want to adopt it safely and fairly. The questions are the same whether the tool is a chatbot, an assistant that searches your documents or an agent that carries out multi-step work: what is worth doing, on what data, and who stays in control.

How

Brief leaders, pilot on your own data with guardrails, then scale what works

TpISENT (SL) Limited begins by briefing your leaders and choosing the use cases worth doing, builds and tests pilots on your data with guardrails in place, then scales what works and governs it responsibly. TpGroup's co-founder and CEO, Tamba Lamin, is an enterprise architect with twenty-five years of architecture and delivery behind him. He has led enterprise architecture and agentic AI work at a global professional services firm, and agentic AI has been the centre of his practice for the last three years.

  • AI, generative AI, agentic AI, AGI readiness and responsible AI in one practice
  • Use cases chosen with your leaders before anything is built
  • Pilots built and tested on your own data and processes
  • Agentic systems that keep people in control
  • Governance, safety, privacy, fairness and transparency from day one
What

Strategy, working pilots and the policies to govern them

Depending on where you start, you get an executive briefing and AI strategy, generative AI assistants and agentic workflows built on your own data, or responsible AI policies and risk assessments. Support and maintenance continue after launch.

  • Executive briefings, an AI strategy and a roadmap of use cases worth funding
  • Generative AI assistants, content and search across your documents and knowledge
  • Agentic workflows that plan and carry out multi-step tasks with human oversight
  • Responsible AI policies, risk assessments and governance frameworks
  • AGI readiness: scenarios and long-term strategy

What you get

  • Artificial Intelligence (AI): prediction, classification and automation from your data
  • Generative AI (GenAI): assistants, content and search over your documents
  • Agentic AI: systems that plan and carry out multi-step tasks with human oversight
  • Artificial General Intelligence (AGI): readiness, scenarios and long-term strategy
  • Responsible AI: governance, safety, privacy, fairness and transparency

How it works

  1. 01Brief your leaders and pick the use cases worth doing
  2. 02Build and test pilots on your data, with guardrails
  3. 03Scale what works and govern it responsibly

Questions about AI Practice

Who offers AI consulting in Sierra Leone?

TpGroup, through the AI Practice of TpISENT (SL) Limited in Freetown. The practice helps organisations in Sierra Leone and Africa understand artificial intelligence, adopt it and govern it responsibly.

What is agentic AI and how can a ministry use it safely?

Agentic AI is software that plans and completes multi-step tasks rather than answering a single prompt. A ministry can use it safely by starting with one well-defined task, testing it on its own data with guardrails, and keeping a named person in control of every action that matters. For example, an agent could prepare a draft reply to a routine request for an officer to check and approve. We help you choose the first task, set the guardrails and decide who approves what.

What is the difference between generative AI and agentic AI?

Generative AI produces content, answers and search results, for example an assistant that answers questions across your documents. Agentic AI goes further by planning and carrying out several steps to complete a task, with people in control. Both can be piloted on your own data.

What is responsible AI?

Responsible AI means governing AI for safety, privacy, fairness and transparency from the start, not after something goes wrong. In practice that means policies, risk assessments and governance frameworks. We have also published our view that data quality and diversity decide whether AI can be trusted in low-income economies.

Do you brief boards and government leaders on AI?

Yes. Executive briefings for leaders and boards are the usual first step. They are followed by an AI strategy and a roadmap of use cases worth funding.

What is AGI readiness?

AGI readiness is preparing for artificial general intelligence through scenarios and long-term strategy. It is aimed at leaders who want to plan for what comes next, without committing to a technology today.

Which countries do you serve?

We serve organisations in Sierra Leone, Liberia, The Gambia, Ghana and Nigeria, working from Freetown.

Should I choose the AI Practice or AI and data?

Choose the AI Practice for AI strategy, generative AI, agentic AI, AGI readiness and responsible AI. Choose our AI and data service for data platforms, analytics, dashboards and machine learning. If you need both, tell us and we will scope them together.
