What is estate management and rentals?
It is a service from Eco-Living Oasis that looks after your home and lets it to guests while you are away. It covers bookings, cleaning, maintenance, security and reporting.
Can my home be let while I am away?
Yes. We list and price your home, manage the guests and the upkeep, and you receive income and reports. How much it earns depends on bookings.
What upkeep is included?
Cleaning, maintenance and security for the home. In an estate, the shared spaces are also kept up, with security, landscaping and maintenance.
Does it cover long-term letting as well as holiday letting?
Yes. Eco-Living Oasis offers both holiday and long-term letting.
Where does Eco-Living Oasis work?
At Kent, where it runs estate management, rentals and stays. TpESTATE's other estates, Mile-36, Gullah Paradise at Lungi and Dublin on Banana Island, are in development.
