Investors and partners

Back the builders of the next decade.

TpGroup designs, builds and operates across technology, eco-real estate and heritage tourism. We are raising investment for new estates at Lungi, Mile-36 and Banana Island, and seeking donors for our open-source digital public goods.

Investment theses

Digital institutions

Via TpISENT, TpEMIS and TpLEARN

Universities, ministries and businesses are moving records, fees and services online. We sell the software, build the networks and run the support.

Ways in: Institution Digital Backbone programmes, co-funded roll-outs, technology partnerships.

Lower-carbon real estate

Via TpESTATE and Eco-Living Oasis

Demand for decent, affordable homes meets a building method that uses local soil and less cement. We make the blocks, design the homes and build the estates.

Ways in: Diaspora Investor Package, estate co-development, housing-programme partnerships.

Heritage tourism

Via FambulTik, Eco-Living Oasis and One Rice

The Gullah Geechee and wider African diaspora want to come home. We run the journeys, the boats, the stays and the table.

Ways in: Homecoming → Homeownership, hospitality partnerships, group travel.
Open for investment

Three estates seeking investors.

Kent proved the model. We are now raising investment to build our next communities at Lungi, Mile-36 and Banana Island.

Lungi · near the international airport

Gullah Paradise, Lungi

A heritage-inspired estate at Lungi for the Gullah Geechee diaspora and visitors.
Mile-36 · residential

Mile-36 residential estate

A residential estate of eco-homes for families.
Dublin, Banana Island · island

Dublin, Banana Island

A planned island community on Dublin, Banana Island: eco-homes, beach and pool, a short boat ride from Kent.
Donors and partners · Digital public goods

Open-source software for the public good.

Most of our software is being released as Digital Public Goods: open source, free to adopt, and built for Sierra Leone and Africa. We are looking for donors and partners to fund that work.

Open source by default

We build on open-source software and contribute back. The Open Election Data Platform is open source today, and we plan to release the core of TpLEARN and TpEMIS as Digital Public Goods.

Free to adopt

Schools, hospitals, ministries and small businesses can use, adapt and host it without licence fees.

Built for local realities

Designed for Sierra Leone and African markets: local payment methods, low bandwidth and phones first.

Sustained by partners

Donor and partner funding pays for development, documentation, hosting and training.
