Privacy notice

Last updated: 6 October 2026

This notice explains how TpGroup (TpGROUP (SL) Limited, 13 Hill Cot Road, Freetown, Sierra Leone; “we”) handles personal information when you use tpgroupsl.com.

What we collect. We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not take payments on this website. If you write to us, we receive what you choose to send, such as your name, email address and message.

The contact form. Our contact form does not send your message to our servers. It opens your own email program with a message addressed to info@tpgroupsl.com, which you can review and send. We use what you send only to reply and to provide what you asked about, and we keep it as long as needed for that and for our business records.

Cookies and similar technologies. The public website code does not set visitor cookies or include analytics or advertising tags. Editors signing in at /admin use a short-lived security cookie for GitHub sign-in; GitHub has its own privacy policy. If you change the text size, your choice is stored in your browser so the next page uses it; it is not sent to us, and you can clear it in your browser settings.

Services we use. Cloudflare hosts and protects this website and processes technical information about each visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the page you requested, to deliver the page and keep the site secure. This provider processes this information under their own privacy policies.

Links to other websites. Pages link to our companies’ websites and to social networks. Their own privacy policies apply when you visit them.

Your rights. You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, by writing to info@tpgroupsl.com.

Changes. We will update this notice when the website changes the way it handles personal information, and change the date above.
