Institution Digital Backbone is a solution in TpGroup's [Technology](https://tpgroupsl.com/what-we-do/technology.md) sector, delivered by TpISENT. TpGroup is based in Freetown, Sierra Leone. ## Why: Modernise the whole institution, not just one office

Vice-chancellors and principals need student records, finance, network and support to work together, not as separate projects with separate suppliers. Funders and partners need a programme with clear milestones that they can report on. When each part is bought separately, nobody is accountable for the whole.
