> Co-Founder, Partner & Chief Executive Officer, TpGroup

Tamba Sheku Lamin sets TpGroup’s strategy, capital allocation and governance. He is an enterprise architect and educator with twenty-five years of architecture and delivery behind him.

## Profile

Tamba earned his first wage teaching mathematics to his classmates in secondary school in Sierra Leone. Teaching has run through everything since: SAT preparation, computer skills for small businesses, graduate students as an adjunct professor at Pace University (2014–2020), and architects and delivery teams inside one of the world’s largest professional services firms.

His first venture began in 2001 in Sierra Leone, teaching people to use computers and meeting community desktop-publishing needs. It became TpISENT in 2018 and is now an education technology company. In New York he earned three degrees in four years while working full time, including an M.Sc. in Information Management from the Polytechnic Institute of NYU (now NYU Tandon), top of class.

At Accenture from 2015 he established digital experience centres of excellence in Mexico, Costa Rica and India, and went on to lead a 1,500+ practitioner global practice as Global Practice Lead for the digital experience platform portfolio and North America Practice Lead at Accenture Song. For the last three years agentic AI has been the centre of his practice.

As CEO of TpGroup he led The Eco-Living Oasis at Kent from first drawing to opening: ground was broken in November 2021, and it opens on 14 November 2026. He is the founding president of Sierra Leoneans in Technology.
